In this session we make 2 small bowls, 2 tumblers and 2 plates. After the 3 weeks of learning, you will come back to glaze. You will learn more than just what a 1 session class offers and it is less of a time commitment than the 6wk class. Sign up and we will get you scheduled!

About The Event
In this class you will get a better feel for what 'throwing' on the wheel feels like. And you'll come away with some dishes you can use in your home.
Each week we will learn a new form while practicing throwing techniques. It is a knowledge, but it is also a skill that comes from practice. As a beginning 3-wk class we will attempt to make:
2 cereal bowls
2 tumblers
2 plates
These classes are held primarily on SUNDAYS. The time slots available are:
11am- 12:30pm
1:30pm- 3pm
4pm- 5:30pm
6:30pm- 8pm
After the 3weeks of learning, I offer multiple evenings during the week you can return to glaze (included in price, just a looser schedule).
If you miss any classes due to illness I will offer ONE solo studio practice session (you working with no instruction) for 1.5hrs and 3lbs of clay will be given as a one-time offering.
The class is $175 total. This includes all clay, glazes and firing fees for what we make in class.
I only allow 2 people per class, so you will have the opportunity to really learn!
