Refunds

All workshops tickets are non-refundable.

 

Once a spot is reserved, payment cannot be returned for cancellations or no-shows. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another person. Please notify us in advance with the name of the individual who will attend in your place.

Weather-Related Cancellations

In the event of inclement weather, workshop rescheduling will follow Johnson City, TN school closures. If schools are closed due to weather conditions, the workshop will be rescheduled to a later date. Registered participants will be notified as soon as possible with rescheduling details.

If the rescheduled date does not work for you, you may receive credit towards a future workshop. Credits are non-refundable and can only be used toward another workshop offering.
