About The Event
This Intermediate session is about learning new skills and practicing them, not how to make perfect pots. As you know by now, practice is what makes great pots. This 2hr class will be challenging. We will mess up, learn from mistakes and get better with each try. There will be work to be done weekly. Some meeting as a class, others you working solo for trimming or making pots to be prepared for the next lesson. These classes will also consist of longer demonstrations and discussions. You'll want to take notes as you may not get to make as much as you want during class. No solo studio time will be charged during this 6wks. With the exception of the porcelain class, students will be using their own clay (purchased seperately). I will provide all tools, glazes, underglazes, rice paper, wax and transfers.
