Learn how to can fresh fruits of Summer to savor in the Winter. We will discuss and demonstrate the difference between canning whole fruit in syrup, jam making and jelly making. Everyone will take home 1 jam and 1 jelly. Fruits used are: blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.
