Canning Class-Tomatoes $30

Learn how to safely can tomatoes for year round enjoyment. We'll cover green tomato pickles, tomato jam, tomato sauce and salsa. We will also discuss how and when to test the PH of your canned tomatoes and which are best for canning. Each student takes home 1 jar of pickles and 1 jar of salsa.
