About The Event
In this class we will be making a vase with either a flat or sculpted face that looks like your favorite furry friend! It will be around 8" tall and 3" wide at the bottom. Perfect for a single flower to have the honor of hanging out in such cuteness! This clay class (18yrs old+) gives participants the opportunity to learn hand-building with clay slabs. Your teacher will be Aleta, who has been a potter for 20+years. She enjoys seeing people get excited about clay and being creative and focuses on technique and having fun, not perfection. No prior clay experience necessary. Plan to come back in about 2 weeks to add color (glaze) -during one of our glazing nights. Cost of materials and instruction is all included.
