Pumpkins on the potter's wheel ($60)

 In this class we will learn how to throw a closed form and turn it into a pumpkin. This is an intermediate class. You'll need to have some throwing experience to really enjoy it. You can keep it as a cutie pumpkin or turn it into a jack-o-lantern.  You'll make one on the wheel and I will have a pre-made basic closed form for you to turn into a pumpkin for a Halloweeny feel. Depending on drying time, you may have to come back a second time to finish your thrown pumpkin, hence me having a pre-thrown one ready so you can understand all the steps. Plan on being able to come back one evening within a week of making.

 This clay class (18yrs old+) gives participants the opportunity to learn hand-building. No prior clay experience necessary. Plan to come back in about 2 weeks to add color (glaze) -during one of our glazing nights. Cost of materials and instruction is all included.

There are only 3 spots, so if you want to do the class with a group of friends, be sure to sign up close together. Don't hesitate to sign up as spots fill fast. Sign-up closes 24hrs before class. If you have a group, have one person see if they can buy the amount of tickets you need, if they can't let's make a private class!

So, trim your nails (as they can leave many dents in the clay), wear old-ish clothes, show up 5 MINUTES before your time slot and be ready to have fun!
